The following Blender script fixes the issue that animated objects exported from Blender to Unity have a rotation applied to the rig when using the built-in FBX exporter. Please duplicate your Blender file before using the export script as the script modifies the objects in your Blender file! We will update the script in the near future to not affect existing data in the Blender file. Moreover, the script requires that only the animated model is in the scene.
